Director

Jeanette Johnstone is a Director of the clinic and is committed to ensuring every patient receives an exceptional standard of care from their very first enquiry through to ongoing treatment.

She is passionate about creating a service that is welcoming, accessible, and centred around the needs of children, young people, adults, and their families.

Working alongside the clinical leadership team, Jeanette oversees the strategic development of the clinic, ensuring that high standards of governance, patient experience, and service quality remain at the heart of everything we do.

Jeni Townsend

Director of Governance, Quality & Nursing

Jeni Townsend is the Director of Governance, Quality & Nursing and brings more than 20 years of NHS and specialist nursing experience to the clinic. Throughout her career, she has been passionate about improving patient outcomes through high-quality, evidence-based care while supporting healthcare professionals to deliver the highest standards of clinical practice.

With extensive experience in senior clinical leadership roles across community, primary care, and specialist services, Jeni has developed a deep understanding of the importance of strong clinical governance, patient safety, quality improvement, and effective leadership in healthcare.

At Arkadia Clinic, Jeni leads the development of our governance and quality assurance frameworks, ensuring that patient safety, regulatory compliance, and clinical excellence underpin every aspect of our service. She oversees clinical governance, risk management, policy development, professional standards, and the ongoing development and support of our nursing and clinical teams.

Jeni believes that exceptional ADHD care begins with investing in people. She is passionate about creating a culture where quality, compassion, and continuous improvement enable every patient to receive outstanding care.

Sarah Kaiser

Clinical Director | ADHD Specialist Advisor | Registered Mental Health Nurse | Independent Nurse Prescriber

Sarah Kaiser is our Clinical Director and brings more than twenty years of experience in mental health nursing, with extensive expertise across inpatient services, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), and community outpatient care.

Throughout her career, Sarah has held a number of senior leadership roles, including Clinical Director and Care Quality Commission (CQC) Registered Manager, successfully leading services to achieve an Outstanding CQC rating for patient care.

Sarah has played a pivotal role in developing specialist ADHD services and is passionate about improving access to timely assessment and treatment. She is committed to reducing waiting times and ensuring individuals receive the support they need without unnecessary delays.

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse and Independent Nurse Prescriber (V300), Sarah has a particular interest in ADHD medication management, patient safety, quality improvement, and delivering personalised care that empowers neurodivergent individuals to thrive.

Dr Manjeet Raina

Dr Manjeet Raina

Medical Director | Consultant Neurodevelopmental Paediatrician

Dr Manjeet Raina is our Medical Director and a highly experienced Consultant Neurodevelopmental Paediatrician with over two decades of experience caring for children and young people with complex neurodevelopmental conditions.

He currently works within Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Trust, where he specialises in ADHD, autism, intellectual disability, childhood epilepsy, cerebral palsy, acquired brain injury, and neurorehabilitation.

Following ten years of specialist training in paediatrics, neonatology, paediatric neurology, and neurodevelopmental paediatrics, Dr Raina has developed extensive expertise in the assessment, diagnosis, and management of ADHD and other neurodevelopmental conditions.

As Medical Director, Dr Raina provides clinical leadership across the organisation, ensuring that our ADHD assessments, diagnoses, and treatment pathways are evidence-based, safe, and delivered to the highest professional standards.
